Sauce for Cold Slaw

A simple sauce for cold slaw.

Ingredients

  • 2 count Eggs
  • 1 cup Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonful Sugar
  • 1 small piece Butter
  • as needed Mustard (Optional)

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, whisk together the eggs, vinegar, sugar, and butter. Add a little mustard if desired.
  2. 2Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
  3. 3Pour the sauce over the cold slaw.
