Peaches and Cream
A simple dessert featuring fresh peaches served with powdered sugar and cream.
Ingredients
- 6 medium Peaches
- 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup Heavy cream
Instructions
- 1Just before serving, pare and slice the peaches. Place the sliced peaches in a glass dish and cover it to minimize air exposure, as they will change color quickly.
- 2Do not add sugar to the peaches in the dish, as this will turn them into preserves. Pass the powdered sugar and cream separately for each person to add to their serving.
