Oyster Salad
A refreshing salad featuring oysters, lettuce, and a simple vinaigrette.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Oysters
- 1/3 cup Lettuce
- 2 tablespoons Salad oil
- 4 tablespoons Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard
Instructions
- 1Cut the oysters into thirds or quarters.
- 2Pull the hearts out of nice lettuce heads and shred 1/3 as much lettuce as you have oysters.
- 3In a small bowl, whisk together the salad oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, and mustard until well combined.
- 4Just before serving, pour the dressing over the oysters and lettuce. Mix gently to combine.
