Onions
A simple method for boiling onions.
Ingredients
- 4 medium Onions
- 8 cups Water
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- 1Peel the onions. Place them in a pot with enough water to cover them. Add salt.
- 2Bring the water to a boil and cook the onions for about 10 minutes. Drain the water and repeat this process two or three times, using fresh water each time.
- 3In the final cooking stage, add milk to the onions and heat through.
