Omelette
A simple omelette recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 teacup Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Whole milk (Originally sweet milk. Substituted with whole milk.)
- 3 eggs Eggs
- 1 teaspoonful Salt
- as needed Butter or oil for frying
Instructions
- 1Soak the bread crumbs in the cup of whole milk overnight.
- 2Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks and whites separately until light and frothy.
- 3Mix the beaten egg yolks with the soaked bread crumbs and milk. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Add the salt.
- 4Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook until the omelette is set and lightly browned on the bottom, about 10-15 minutes.
