Omelette

Omelette

A simple omelette recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 teacup Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Whole milk (Originally sweet milk. Substituted with whole milk.)
  • 3 eggs Eggs
  • 1 teaspoonful Salt
  • as needed Butter or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. 1Soak the bread crumbs in the cup of whole milk overnight.
  2. 2Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks and whites separately until light and frothy.
  3. 3Mix the beaten egg yolks with the soaked bread crumbs and milk. Gently fold in the beaten egg whites. Add the salt.
  4. 4Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cook until the omelette is set and lightly browned on the bottom, about 10-15 minutes.
