Lettuce Salad
A simple lettuce salad with a vinaigrette dressing.
Ingredients
- 1/3 amount of vinegar Salad oil
- 1 part Vinegar
- as needed Young lettuce
- to taste Powdered sugar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Instructions
- 1In a small bowl, whisk together the salad oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2Wash and cut up the young lettuce with a sharp knife. Place the lettuce in a salad bowl. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- 3Pour the dressing over the salad and stir with a fork to mix well.
