Lemon Water Ice

A refreshing lemon water ice recipe.

Ingredients

  • 6 lemons Lemons
  • 2 teaspoonfuls Lemon Extract
  • 1 quart Water
  • 1 pound Powdered Sugar
  • 1 gill Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. 1Juice the lemons. Add the lemon juice, lemon extract, water, powdered sugar, and heavy cream to a bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2Strain the mixture to remove any seeds or pulp.
  3. 3Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions, or in a freezer, stirring occasionally to prevent large ice crystals from forming. Freeze for approximately 30 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached.
