Lemon Water Ice
A refreshing lemon water ice recipe.
Ingredients
- 6 lemons Lemons
- 2 teaspoonfuls Lemon Extract
- 1 quart Water
- 1 pound Powdered Sugar
- 1 gill Heavy Cream
Instructions
- 1Juice the lemons. Add the lemon juice, lemon extract, water, powdered sugar, and heavy cream to a bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- 2Strain the mixture to remove any seeds or pulp.
- 3Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions, or in a freezer, stirring occasionally to prevent large ice crystals from forming. Freeze for approximately 30 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached.
