Lemon Jelly
A refreshing and simple lemon jelly recipe.
Ingredients
- 1/2 box Gelatin
- 1/2 pint Cold Water
- 1 pint Boiling Water
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- to taste Lemon Extract
Instructions
- 1Soak 1/2 box gelatine in 1/2 pint cold water for 1 hour.
- 2Add 1 pint boiling water and 1 1/2 cups sugar to the soaked gelatin. Add Royal Extract Lemon to taste.
- 3Stand on stove until boiling. Strain into a mold and set in a cool place to set.
