Lemon Jelly

A refreshing and simple lemon jelly recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box Gelatin
  • 1/2 pint Cold Water
  • 1 pint Boiling Water
  • 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • to taste Lemon Extract

Instructions

  1. 1Soak 1/2 box gelatine in 1/2 pint cold water for 1 hour.
  2. 2Add 1 pint boiling water and 1 1/2 cups sugar to the soaked gelatin. Add Royal Extract Lemon to taste.
  3. 3Stand on stove until boiling. Strain into a mold and set in a cool place to set.
