A classic recipe for lamb cutlets, broiled to perfection.

Ingredients

  • as needed Lamb cutlets
  • as needed Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Carefully trim the lamb cutlets. Place them in a dish with a little warm butter and let them sit for 1 hour, turning them several times to ensure even coating.
  2. 2Preheat your broiler. Broil the cutlets on a greased gridiron, taking care they do not drip. Broil for approximately 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  3. 3Butter each cutlet, then season with pepper and salt to taste. Arrange the cutlets in a circle on a plate and serve immediately.
