Green Corn Boiled Whole
A simple recipe for boiling whole green corn.
Instructions
- 1Strip off the outer husks. Turn down the innermost covering. Pull off the silk with great care.
- 2Re-cover the ear with the thin inner husk. Tie at the top with a bit of thread, and cook in salted boiling water for 30 minutes.
- 3Cut off the stalks close to the cob, and serve wrapped in a napkin.
