Graham Flour Puffs

A simple recipe for Graham flour puffs, similar to a quick bread or muffin.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pints Graham flour
  • 1 teaspoonful Salt
  • 2 large teaspoonfuls Baking powder
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 pint Milk

Instructions

  1. 1Sift together the Graham flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, forming a smooth batter, similar to a cupcake batter.
  3. 3Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Half-fill cold gem pans (muffin tins) that have been well greased. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
