Instructions

1Prepare or purchase your preferred rarebit recipe. Ensure it is warm and ready to serve.
2Gently poach the egg. Bring a pot of water to a simmer. Crack the egg into a small bowl. Gently swirl the water and carefully slide the egg into the water. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the white is set and the yolk is still runny. Remove with a slotted spoon.
3Carefully place the poached egg on top of the prepared rarebit. Serve immediately.
