A simple recipe for preparing frogs.

Ingredients

  • Frogs
  • Cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. 1Skin and dress the frogs, removing the head and feet. Wipe dry with a towel.
  2. 2Roll the prepared frogs in seasoned cracker or bread crumbs.
  3. 3Fry the coated frogs in butter until light brown, about 10-15 minutes.
