Deviled Lobster
A classic deviled lobster recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 can Canned lobster
- 3 tablespoonfuls Butter
- 4 tablespoonfuls Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoonful Prepared mustard
- 1 good pinch Cayenne pepper
- for garnishing Boiled eggs
- to taste Salt
Instructions
- 1Empty the contents of the lobster can into a bowl and let it sit for 1 hour before using. Mince the lobster evenly.
- 2Put the vinegar, butter, and seasoning (mustard, cayenne pepper, and salt) into a saucepan. When it simmers, add the lobster. Cook slowly, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn into a deep dish and garnish with slices of egg.
