Custard Sauce
A classic custard sauce recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pint Whole milk
- 4 each Egg yolks
- 1/2 cupful Granulated sugar
Instructions
- 1In a saucepan, combine the milk, egg yolks, and sugar.
- 2Set the saucepan over low heat and stir constantly with a whisk until the custard thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. This should take about 15-20 minutes.
- 3Serve warm or chilled.
