Custard Pudding

A classic custard pudding recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pints Milk
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 cupful Sugar
  • 2 teaspoonfuls Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until well combined. Gradually dilute with milk and vanilla extract.
  2. 2Pour the mixture into a buttered pudding dish. Place the dish in a baking pan and add boiling water to the pan, filling it about two-thirds full. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 40 minutes, or until the custard is set and firm.
