Custard Pudding
A classic custard pudding recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pints Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 1 cupful Sugar
- 2 teaspoonfuls Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- 1In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar together until well combined. Gradually dilute with milk and vanilla extract.
- 2Pour the mixture into a buttered pudding dish. Place the dish in a baking pan and add boiling water to the pan, filling it about two-thirds full. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 40 minutes, or until the custard is set and firm.
