Cream Gravy for Baked Fish

A simple cream gravy to serve with baked fish.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Hot water
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Fish drippings

Instructions

  1. 1In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream and hot water. Stir to dilute the cream.
  2. 2Gently stir in the melted butter and chopped parsley.
  3. 3Pour in the fish drippings. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle boil and cook until the gravy thickens to your desired consistency, about 10-15 minutes.
