Celery
A simple guide to preparing celery for serving.
Instructions
- 1Wash the celery stalks. Scrape them to remove any blemishes. Trim off the green tops, reserving them for flavoring soups, vinegar, or other culinary uses. Separate the better parts of the celery stalks and place them in cold water until ready to serve.
- 2Arrange the prepared celery in a celery boat or serving dish.
