A simple preparation of raw celery.

Instructions

  1. 1Wash, trim, and scrape the celery stalks, selecting those that are white and tender. Crisp the celery by leaving them in very cold water until ready to serve.
  2. 2Arrange the celery neatly on a celery stand. Serve between the oysters and meat.
