Beef Tea

A simple beef tea recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Beef
  • as needed Water
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the beef into small, dice-sized pieces.
  2. 2Place the diced beef in a heat-safe jar (like a mason jar). Place the jar in an oven preheated to 200°F (93°C) and cook for all day or all night, until the meat's juices are extracted.
  3. 3Add boiling water to the jar until the beef tea reaches your desired strength. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
