Bacon and Eggs
A classic breakfast dish.
Ingredients
- 4 slices Bacon
- 2 large Eggs
Instructions
- 1Cut bacon into thin slices and fry in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove bacon from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.
- 2Crack each egg separately into a small cup. Carefully slide the eggs into the hot skillet with the bacon grease. Fry until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your liking, about 3-5 minutes.
- 3Place a fried egg on top of each slice of cooked bacon. Serve immediately.
