RAVIOLI WITH MEAT (Ravioli alla Genovese)
A classic Italian ravioli recipe with a meat filling.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked meat (veal, chicken, turkey, or giblets)
- 1 small slice Cooked ham
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 2 tablespoons Grated cheese (Quantity estimated (not specified in original recipe))

Instructions
- 1Finely chop the cooked meat and spinach. Combine in a bowl.
- 2Add the egg to the meat and spinach mixture. Mix well to form a stiff mixture. Season with grated cheese, nutmeg, and salt to taste.
