POTATOES "STUFATO" Stufato di Patate
A simple potato stew with milk, flour, butter, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Potatoes
- 1 pint Whole milk
- 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour

Instructions
- 1Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
- 2Cook the potato pieces in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly.
- 3Place the drained potatoes in a saucepan. Sprinkle with flour, then add the butter and milk. Cover the pan and let the potatoes cook slowly for about 15 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked.
