Instructions
- 1Cut the ham into small pieces. Chop the carrot and celery to match the quantity of ham.
- 2In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the ham, carrot, and celery. Cook until the mixture is lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- 3Add the tomato paste to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Dissolve the tomato paste in the hot water and add to the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes.
