Instructions

  1. 1Chop or grind the cold boiled meat. In a bowl, mix the chopped meat with a slightly beaten egg and bread crumbs that have been soaked in hot water. Season with 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Mix until the ingredients hold their shape.
