Potato Sauté
A simple and flavorful way to use leftover boiled potatoes, sautéed with butter and seasoned with parsley, salt, and pepper.
Ingredients
- 2 medium Cooked Potatoes, cold (Leftover plain-boiled potatoes, not floury)
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt (To taste)
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper (To taste)
Instructions
- 1Cut the cold, boiled potatoes into small pieces, about the size of your thumb. The shape doesn't matter.
- 2Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato pieces and fry gently, turning occasionally, until the edges begin to brown.
- 3Pour any remaining butter from the pan over the potatoes. Season with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Serve immediately.
