Orange Cream
A simple and refreshing dessert made with whipped cream and orange-infused sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 medium Orange
- 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
Instructions
- 1Rub the granulated sugar on the outside of the orange to absorb the orange oil. This will infuse the sugar with orange flavor.
- 2Pound the orange-infused sugar very finely using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder. Alternatively, you can use a food processor.
- 3In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. You can use a whisk or an electric mixer.
- 4Gently fold the orange-infused sugar into the whipped cream until well combined. Serve immediately or chill for later.
