Orange Cream

A simple and refreshing dessert made with whipped cream and orange-infused sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Orange
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  1. 1Rub the granulated sugar on the outside of the orange to absorb the orange oil. This will infuse the sugar with orange flavor.
  2. 2Pound the orange-infused sugar very finely using a mortar and pestle or a spice grinder. Alternatively, you can use a food processor.
  3. 3In a chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. You can use a whisk or an electric mixer.
  4. 4Gently fold the orange-infused sugar into the whipped cream until well combined. Serve immediately or chill for later.
