Mustard and Cress Sandwiches

A simple and refreshing sandwich made with mustard and cress, perfect for a light lunch or snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 Bread slices (Use your favorite type of bread)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, softened
  • 1 cup Mustard and cress (Well-washed and dried)
  • 1 pinch Salt (To taste)
  • 1 pinch Black pepper (To taste)

Instructions

  1. 1Spread softened butter evenly on all bread slices. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. 2Place the well-washed and dried mustard and cress generously on two of the buttered bread slices.
  3. 3Top with the remaining buttered bread slices, butter-side down. Trim the edges of the sandwiches with a sharp knife, if desired.
