Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Pea Flour (Fine flour of white peas)
  • 1.5 cups Boiling Water
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt (Or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter (Optional, for serving)
  • 0.5 cup Milk (Optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, combine the pea flour and salt.
  2. 2Gradually add the boiling water to the pea flour mixture, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. The mixture should form a thick, smooth paste.
  3. 3Serve the peas brose hot, with a knob of butter and a splash of milk, if desired.
