- 1 tablespoon Salt (For soaking and boiling)

Instructions

- 3Bring 2 cups of salted water to a boil in a pot. Add the broccoli and boil until tender, about 5-8 minutes. Check for doneness by piercing the stalk with a fork.
- 4While the broccoli is boiling, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. This is your butter sauce.
- 5Drain the broccoli and serve on a dish with the flower part uppermost. Pour the butter sauce over the surface.
