Apple Cheesecakes
A simple baked dessert featuring apples and a creamy cheese filling, similar to apple custard but with a firmer texture.
Ingredients
- 3 medium Apples (Peeled, cored, and sliced)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Pie Crust (Pre-made or homemade)
Instructions
- 1Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin pieces.
- 2In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- 3Line muffin tins with pie crust. Arrange apple slices in the bottom of each crust. Pour the cheese filling over the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- 4Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
- 5Let the cheesecakes cool slightly before serving.
