Apple Cheesecakes

A simple baked dessert featuring apples and a creamy cheese filling, similar to apple custard but with a firmer texture.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium Apples (Peeled, cored, and sliced)
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Pie Crust (Pre-made or homemade)

Instructions

  1. 1Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin pieces.
  2. 2In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. 3Line muffin tins with pie crust. Arrange apple slices in the bottom of each crust. Pour the cheese filling over the apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. 4Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  5. 5Let the cheesecakes cool slightly before serving.
