Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons White vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Finely chop the mint leaves. This will help release their flavor into the sauce.
  2. 2Add the boiling water and sugar to the chopped mint. Cover the mixture closely and let it stand for 30 minutes to allow the mint to infuse its flavor into the water.
  3. 3Add the vinegar, paprika, and salt to the mint mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
