Little Chocolate Cakes

Ingredients
- 2 count Eggs
- 1 cup Dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 3 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 3 count Semi-sweet chocolate squares
Instructions
- 1Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Butter a baking pan.
- 2In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
- 3Add the beaten eggs and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture, stirring well to combine.
- 4Add the melted chocolate, bread crumbs, flour, and flavoring. Stir until well combined.
- 5Spread the mixture very thinly on the prepared baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until set.
- 6Once cooled, shape the cakes with a tiny biscuit cutter. Put the cakes together in pairs with mountain cream icing between and on top. (Icing recipe not provided).
