Step 1
Soak rice for 5 mins .Cut beans n carrot into one inch length.chop corriander leaves Dice tomatoes
Step 2
Soak soya chunks in hot water.After 10 mins squeeze it from water.Chop garlic, ginger n green chillies
Step 3
Heat a pressure cooker n add ghee n sunflower oil.Add cinnamon,cloves,bay leaves n cardamom.saute well n add chopped ginger garlic n green chillies.Saute for sometime.
Step 4
saute well by adding all vegetables ,soya chunks n tomatoes. last add corriander leaves.Three whistles.
