Step 1
Add cooked rice to the mixie jar n grind to a paste by sprinkling little water. Smear water to your hand while transfering it to a bowl so as to avoid stickiness.
Step 2
Add to the bowl rava, rice flour n chopped ginger, curry leaves, onions, green chillies n crushed pepper. Let it rest for half an hour with closed lid.
Step 3
Wet your hands n make a ball n flatten it with a hole in the middle by dipping your finger in water.
Step 4
Deep fry in oil in low to medium flame till golden brown. Flip it n fry other side also. Gud combination with thick coconut chutney n ldli.
