tomato onion currywith curds which is usually known by the name parakku in malabar side of kerala. The speciality of this curry is that none of the ingredients is cooked.or in otherwords a type of salad.

Step 1
Chop tomatoes, green chillies n onions.smash well with your hands.Add salt Keep aside
Step 2
Meantime saute 3 dry red chillies in oil.Add it to the mixie jar along with coconut. grind to a fine paste .Finally add 2 tsp mustard n grind once again.
Step 3
Add the grinded ingredients to the chopped vegetables.Mix well.Add thick curds n mix well.
Step 4
Finally season in oil mustard,dry red chillies n curry leaves.
