Step 1
Cut mango into small pieces. Add salt n slit green chillies to it n smash with your hand for a second. No need to smash it completely.
Step 2
Keep aside. Fry in oil for a second dry red chillies n grind it in mixie along with coconut. When it is ground to a paste finally add one n a half tbsp of mustard n grind it for a second.
Step 3
Add the ground paste to the cut mango n mix well by adding curds n curry leaves.
Step 4
Season in oil mustard, dry red chillies n curry leaves.
Step 5
Apart from mango u can prepare this dish by using tomato n onion combination or cucumber n onion combination.
