Step 1
Better results if u soak green gram for few hours. Cook it in cooker by adding water, salt,turmeric, add broken dry red chillies. chilli powder.cook for 5 whistles.
Step 2
when the cooker cools open the lid n smash the green gram n add water. Add little water in a bowl n add grated coconut n squeeze the coconut in water, Add it to the green gram,let it boil well.finally add coconut oil. A Semi thick gravy
