Step 1
Take a pan n add oil .Heat it n add peanuts, kala chana cashew nuts n coconut pieces. saute till golden brown. Transfer it to a big bowl. In another pan dry roast poha.Preferably thin beaten rice flakes. To be roasted in low to medium flame.
Step 2
Take a pan n add little oil.Add mustard,asafetodia,cumin seeds,dry red chillies,curry leaves.Add it to the bowl. Also add poha n mix well. This seems to be an ideal tea time snack especially in cold climate.
