Take lemon size tamarind n squeeze it in hot water

Step 1
Clean the fish n cut into pieces. Add to it turmeric, chilli powder, salt. Also add sliced shallot, ginger, green chillies tomatoes,. Add tamarind extract.
Step 2
Transfer it to a clay pot n cook it in low flame. Meanwhile fry the coriander powder n coconut in coconut oil till slight brown.
Step 3
Add the fried powder to a mixie jar n grind it to a fine paste by adding little water.
Step 4
Add the ground item to the clay pot n let it boil to form a semi thick gravy. Finally add curry leaves.
Step 5
Season in coconut oil by adding mustard, chopped shallots n curry leaves.
