Step 1
Cook toor dal in cooker. Smash it well. Slice all the vegetables n cook it with little water by adding salt n turmeric. Also add sliced green chillies.
Step 2
Transfer the cooked vegetables n cooked toor dal in the kachati. Add to it tamarind juice. Mix well
Step 3
When it boils well add to it sambar powder mixed with little water.
Step 4
Let it boil for few seconds. Season in oil mustard, dry red chillies n curry leaves.
