Step 1
Transfer wheat flour to a vessel n add salt. Mix gently by adding very little water.
Step 2
Take a puttu maker. Add water to the bottom vessel for steaming. Take the puttu vessel n add one layer coconut n then add wheat flour. Continue this procedure thrice.
Step 3
Steam it for 10 mins. When it cools push it gently with a spatula. Serve hot with any masala gravy.
Step 4
U can use the puttu maker as shown in the recipe image but u have to keep a small cooker by filling little water for steaming purpose. Just remove the weight of the cooker lid n in place of the weight fix the puttu maker.
