Step 1
Clean tindoras with water.Cut it very thinly lengthwise. Marinate the tindoras with chilli powder, turmeric n salt. keep it aside for half n hour.
Step 2
Heat the pan. Add oil to the pan n when oil gets heated add the marinated ingredients to the pan. saute well. Sprinkle water Close with the lid n cook in low flame.
Step 3
At frequent intervals open the lid n saute by sprinkling water. This recipe fetches better result if it is cooked in more oil n less water.
