Step 1
Clean the sliced fish n keep aside. Grind to a paste ginger, garlic n pepper corns. Then add curry leaves n salt n grind once again to a fine paste using a mixie jar.
Step 2
Smear the fish with turmeric, chillie n pepper powder, Also add the ground paste to it with lemon juice. Keep aside a small portion of the ground paste aside for later use.
Step 3
Heat the pan n add oil. Fry the fish. Flip it fry in medium flame. Remove the fried fish from the pan n in the same fried pan containing oil fry sliced onions till translucent. Keep aside by removing it.
Step 4
Again in the same pan add coconut sliced smeared with ground paste n fry for sometime. Finally serve all with fried fish in a plate.
