Step 1
Cook dal in a pressure cooker by adding salt. Cool it n smash the dal well.
Step 2
Add to the cooker chopped spinach n add turmeric n cook for 7 mins. Season in oil dry red chillies n smashed garlic flakes. The gravy should be semi liquid state.
