Step 1
Cook rice in a pressure cooker.It should be soft n cooked well.
Step 2
Take a pan n heat it. Add oil n add mustard, chana dal. Saute well. When mustard splutters add chopped green chillies, ginger, cashews n saute well.
Step 3
Add curry leaves n coriander leaves. Add asaefotodia. Switch off the flame. Add to the pan curds n salt. Mix well. Add cooked rice, seedless grapes, grated carrot n pomegranate seeds. Garnish with coriander leaves.
