Step 1
soak rice, urad dal, bengal gram,fenugreek n cooked rice together for 2 hours. grind in mixie or grinder.
Step 2
After grinding to a smooth paste add to the batter rava.Ferment for8 hours.spread batter to the tawa. Keep in high flame.smear 0il on all sides.let it be golden brown.There is no need to flip it.A very healthy breakfast n it contains the ideal amount of fat. The carbohydrates in the dosa give u the energy needed throughout the day.
