Step 1
Heat a non sticking vessel by adding oil, curry leaves n chopped onions saute well till it turns pink.. Add turmeric n salt. green chillies.
Step 2
Add ripe chopped tomato.Add ginger garlic paste. saute for sometime n add Chillie powder, coriander garam masala n pepper powder.saute till tomato smashes well.
Step 3
Add chicken pieces n add turmeric Stir well.Close the lid n cook in low flame.Stir often by opening the lid at intervals.
Step 4
Never add water as chicken contains enough amount of water.Roast it well.Finally garnish it with coriander n curry leaves.
