Step 1
Dry roast the broken wheat for few seconds,Place a pressure cooker on a stove by adding broken wheat immersed in water.Add water,,to cover it ,Add ghee n salt.,cook for one whistle.
Step 2
Heat ,a non sticking pan ,add, oil to int. When the oil heats add mustard n when it splutters add chopped onions,green chillies,curry leaves n chopped carrot. saute for sometime.
Step 3
Add the cooked broken wheat from the pressure cooker to the pan.saute for sometime.
Step 4
Finally add the grated coconut n stir well,
