Step 1
Clean brinjal n onions in water. Cut both lengthwise. Marinate it with salt, turmeric n chilli powder. Keep aside for ten minutes.
Step 2
Take a pan n heat oil.Add the marinated ingredients to the pan. cook in low flame for 15 minutes with a closed lid. saute well at regular intervals.Don't add water. it should be cooked in oil.It should be roasted well. A very simple n easy to cook side dish.
